អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជាត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកចំនួន ០១នាក់ សម្រាប់មុខតំណងជា ប្រធានក្រុម​បច្ចេកទេសតម្លើងចម្រោះទឹក/Technical Facilitator Team Leader  ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅភូមិចុងព្រែក សង្កាត់ស្វាយរៀង  ក្រុងស្វាយរៀង​  ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង​។

I. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងមុខតំណែង ៖

• រៀបចំតម្លើងធុងចម្រោះទឹកអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវដោយមានការចូលរួមពីគ្រួសារដែលទទួលផល។
• ពន្យល់ដល់គ្រួសារទទួលផលអំពីដំណើរការនៃថែរក្សាធុងចម្រោះទឹកអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងបំផុសស្មារតីម្ចាស់ការ។
• ជួយដល់ប្រធានប្រចាំខេត្តផ្នែកកិច្ចការរដ្ឋបាលក្នុងការរៀបចំការកត់ត្រាចំនួនធុងចម្រោះដែលតំឡើងហើយ និងបញ្ចូលទៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធ inform  Builder ។
• ថតរូបភាពសកម្មភាពកំពុងតំឡើងចម្រោះដោយមានគ្រួសារទទួលផលចូលរួម។
• ជួយសម្រួលការរៀបចំនិងផ្តល់ដល់ក្រុមការងារខេត្តដើម្បីអោយមានភាពល្អប្រសើរដោយប្រើប្រាស់រថយន្តកម្មវិធីជាមធ្យោបាយធ្វើដំណើរ
• បង្រៀននិងផ្តល់បច្ចេកទេសតំឡើងចម្រោះទឹក ការប្រើប្រាស់និងការថែរក្សាដល់អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តក្នុងសហគមន៍។
• ជួយបង្រៀននិងណែនាំពីការប្រើប្រាស់ធុងចម្រោះសហគមន៍។
• ជូយរៀបចំផែនការ​​​ និងត្រូតពិនិត្យការងាររបស់បុគ្គលិកផ្នែកសម្របស្រួលតម្លើងចម្រោះក្នុងពេលបំពេញការងារ។
• ធ្វើការប៉ាន់ប្រម៉ាណដោយផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានអំពីការប្រើប្រាស់ចម្រោះទឹកដល់ប្រធានខេត្ត។

II. លក្ខខណ្ឌជ្រើសរើស ៖

• បញ្ចប់ការសិក្សានៅវិទ្យាល័យ ឬសញ្ញាប័ត្រមានតម្លៃស្មើ។ ត្រូវមានបទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការងារសហគមន៍។
• មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកសំណង់ និងសាងសង់ចម្រោះទឹក។ ចេះបើករថយន្ដនិងមានប័ណ្ណបើកបរ។
• ចេះអាន និងសរសេរភាសាខ្មែរបានស្ទាត់ជំនាញ។ អាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីកុំព្យូទ័របានកាន់តែប្រសើរ។
• មានជំនាញខាងផ្នែកទំនាក់ទំនងបុគ្គល ចេះសម្របសម្រួស និងអាចបត់បែនបានតាមកាលៈទេសៈ។
• មានជំនាញខាងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ការគ្រប់គ្រងផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និង ការទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន។
• ត្រូវគោរពទៅតាមបេសកកម្ម និងតម្លៃរបស់អង្គការស្អាតកម្ពុជា។

I. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការងារ៖

• ធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជនដែលមានសេវាកម្មជួសជុល ផ្នែកទុន និងផ្នែករឹង (Software and Hardware) ដើម្បីធ្វើការជួសជុលក្នុងករណីចាំបាច់។
• ជួយមន្រ្តីរដ្ឋបាលក្នុងការទិញសម្ភារៈផ្សេងៗដែលទាក់ទងនិងប្រព័ន្ធព័ត៌មានវិទ្យានិងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា តាមតម្រូវការ នៅពេលមានការអនុញ្ញាតិ និងការស្នើសុំ។

• មានបរិញ្ញាប័ត្រផ្នែកព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា ឬសញ្ញាប័ត្រមានតម្លៃស្មើ។

Clear Cambodia is a Christian local NGO that has been implementing the projects under the aim of water and sanitation. The current mission is to help rural Cambodian citizens sustainably improve their health through increased access to safe water, sanitation facilities, and to a healthy environment. Presently, Clear Cambodia has implemented projects in seven provinces Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kampong Thom, Banteay Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, and Siemreap.

We are looking for 01 (One) qualified candidates to fill the position of School WASH Program Coordinator, based in Kampot Province.

I. Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Devote 20% of time to administrative tasks 10% of time to training volunteers, and remaining 70% of time should be used to complete all other takes.
• Assist school WASH program manager in developing School Operation Manual to be used as a standardized tool for the organization as a whole.
• Conduct 4 workshops training about WASH “Hand- Washing with soap, safe Drinking Water, Safe Sanitation, Menstrual Hygiene and Management (MHM), and Refresher” to school principals or teachers.
• Work closely with school principals or teachers, in consultation with school WASH program manager, on designing training program.
• Organize health and sanitation campaign in targeted community in cooperation with chief DoE, Chief of district rural development, school principals, and teacher in consultation with school WASH program manager.
• Manage/ facilitate the school BioSand Filter (sBSF) at any exhibition events if it is possible on occasion.
• Follow school program procedures when completing the school assessment, selecting an appropriate location for the sBSF and Hand-washing station (HWS), and when completing the M&E form so that everything is ready for installation. Ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implementation through the school M&E, (sBSF), HWS form, and provide regular report to M&E Manager and the school program.

II. Requirements:

• Must have experience with community work or WASH program.
• Bachelor Degree or comprehensive training courses in health ministry.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet.
• Able to speak and write some English.

• Must be willing to travel to remote targeted communities.
• Must be willing to drive a motorbike when on field visits on some occasions.

I. Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• To assist in building of school principals and teachers, students and VDCs on the importance of clean water, and s BSF technology, usage and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to school principals and teachers to ensure that all schools receive a good quality of construction and install such as School Bio Sand Filter, Hand Washing Stations and School Latrines.
• Be responsible for data entry as iForm Builder collection result, GPS coordinate, and other statistics as requirement.
• To facilitate school principals and teachers to promote the important of clean water, using latrines and hand washing with soap in collaboration with sWASH Program Coordinator, Health Staff and or Partner organizations.
• To monitor the effectiveness of implementation and finding the constraints to project achievement and take initiative related to plan of action of school health promotion.
• To conduct monitoring and evaluation studies on the use of the filters whether the beneficiaries use it properly. Also do an evaluation of the Church’s roles and tailored approach to this project.
• To provide quality day-to-day, monthly, quarterly and annually report to the Supervisor on time.
• Play a good role model of Christian identity to others in the project operations.

• To assist Regional project manager in building of school principals and teachers, students and VDCs on the importance of clean water, and s BSF technology, usage and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to school principals and teachers to ensure that all schools receive a good qualities of construction and install such as School Bio Sand Filter, Hand Washing Stations and School Latrines.
• Be responsible for data entry as iForm Builder collection result, GPS coordinate, and other statistics as requirement.
• To facilitate school principals and teachers to promote the important of safe water, using latrines and hand washing with soap in collaboration with sWASH Program Coordinator, Health Staff and or Partner organizations.
• To monitor the effectiveness of implementation and finding the constraints to project achievement and take initiative related to plan of action of school health promotion.
• To conduct monitoring and evaluation studies on the use of the filters whether the beneficiaries use it properly. Also do an evaluation of the Church’s roles and tailored approach to this project.

Clear Cambodia is a Christian local NGO that has been implementing the projects under the aim of water and sanitation. The current mission is to help rural Cambodian citizens sustainably improve their health through increased access to safe water, sanitation facilities, and to a healthy environment. We are looking for 01 (One) qualified candidates to fill the position of School WASH Facilitator based in Ratanakiri provinces.

I. Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• To work with school partnering project coordinator in developing plan of action for project implementation with cooperation with other key staff, and school principals.
• To manage/monitor daily project implementation of school WASH, hand pumps and other project activities.
• To strengthen the quality of the school health education by mobilization health & hygiene promotion training manual to reach all school students in the target schools.
• To ensure effective use of resources, deploying them to maximize the possibility of achieving results (outcome) of school hygiene and sanitation promotion in the target schools.
• To consult with the school partnering project coordinator and its team in selecting schools in the targeted areas, and ensure all schools fit with selection criteria.
• To work with school partnering project coordinator in providing training workshop on WASH to target schools.
• To work with school principals and teachers to ensure the quality constructions of School Water Filter, Hand Washing Stations and School Latrines.
• To work with school partnering project coordinator to conduct a meeting with stakeholders/partners in target schools including school principals and teachers, school support committee (SSC), Commune Councils (CC), and DoEYS on key WASH message.
