I. Main Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • To work with school partnering project coordinator in developing health and sanitation training curriculum \/manual as standardized use as a whole project.<\/li>\n
  • To work with school partnering project coordinator in developing plan of action for project implementation with cooperation with other key staff, and school principals.<\/li>\n
  • To manage\/monitor daily project implementation of school WASH, hand pumps and other project activities.<\/li>\n
  • To strengthen the quality of the school health education by mobilization health & hygiene promotion training manual to reach all school students in the target schools.<\/li>\n
  • To ensure effective use of resources, deploying them to maximize the possibility of achieving results (outcome) of school hygiene and sanitation promotion in the target schools.<\/li>\n
  • To consult with the school partnering project coordinator and its team in selecting schools in the targeted areas, and ensure all schools fit with selection criteria.<\/li>\n
  • To work with school partnering project coordinator in providing training workshop on WASH to target schools.<\/li>\n
  • To monitor the effectiveness of implementation and finding theconstrains to the project achievements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    II. Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • At least 2 years working on community health education, ideally including experience in good facilitation, and management.<\/li>\n
    • Should have experience of WASH program.<\/li>\n
    • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet.<\/li>\n
    • Effective communication and facilitation skill.<\/li>\n
    • Able to speak and write some English.<\/li>\n
    • Commitment to Clear Cambodia\u2019s core values and mission.<\/li>\n
    • Must be willing to travel to remote targeted communities.<\/li>\n
    • Must be willing to drive a motorbike on field visits.<\/li>\n
    • Good interpersonal skill, be patient and flexible.<\/li>\n
