Clear Cambodia is a Christian local NGO that has been implementing the projects under the aim of water and sanitation. The current mission is to help rural Cambodian citizens sustainably improve their health through increased access to safe water, sanitation facilities, and to a healthy environment. All of the work is done in collaboration with community leaders and local authorities. Presently, Clear Cambodia has implemented projects in ten provinces Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kampong Thom, Kampong Chhnang, Banteay Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, Takeo and Siem Reap.

We are looking for 01 (One) qualified candidates to fill the position of School WASH Facilitator, based in Preah Vihear Provinces.

1. Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• To work with school partnering project coordinator in developing health and sanitation training curriculum /manual as standardized use as a whole project.
• To work with school partnering project coordinator in developing plan of action for project implementation with cooperation with other key staff, and school principals.
• To manage/monitor daily project implementation of school WASH, hand pumps and other project activities.
• To strengthen the quality of the school health education by mobilization health & hygiene promotion training manual to reach all school students in the target schools.
• To ensure effective use of resources, deploying them to maximize the possibility of achieving results (outcome) of school hygiene and sanitation promotion in the target schools.
• To consult with the school partnering project coordinator and its team in selecting schools in the targeted areas, and ensure all schools fit with selection criteria.
• To work with school partnering project coordinator in providing training workshop on WASH to target schools.
• To monitor the effectiveness of implementation and finding theconstrains to the project achievements.

2. Requirements:

• At least 2 years working on community health education, ideally including experience in good facilitation, and management.
• Should have experience of WASH program.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet.
• Effective communication and facilitation skill.
• Able to speak and write some English.
• Commitment to Clear Cambodia’s core values and mission.
• Must be willing to travel to remote targeted communities.
• Must be willing to drive a motorbike on field visits.
• Good interpersonal skill, be patient and flexible.
• Transparency/ Honesty / Integrity.
• Christian is preferable.

1. Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• To work with Provincial Project Coordinator in developing schedule construction and filter maintenance training to committees
• To get orient on school filter installation from Sand Production team in Kampong Speu province.
• To prepare plan of action on monitoring and installation at field levels with cooperation from Provincial Project Coordinator.
• Check quality constructions to ensure that all have been followed the design.
• To work with Provincial Project Coordinator to understand on designs of all constructions.
• To provide daily manage/monitor project implementation of school WASH constructions, hand pump drilling and other projects which required by line manager.
• To help monitoring school WASH and hand pump facilities after constructions to ensure that the requirement of donors is met in consultation with Provincial Project Coordinator.
• To work with sand production team to get materials for school filter installation.
• To work with teachers, authority and church leaders for construction monitoring.
• Taking photos for report and document for payment to contractor.

2. Requirements:

ក. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការងារ៖

• បង្កើតនូវទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយនឹងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានមុនពេលរៀបចំការជួបជុំ​ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីកម្មវិធីចម្រោះទឹកស្អាត និងការអប់រំសុខភាព​។
• តួនាទីជាអ្នកទំនាក់ទំនងរវាង ស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងតំបន់ -ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល, ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សា អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ភូមិ -ឃុំ។​
• អ្នកអប់រំសុខភាព និងខិតខំអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នូវ យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបង្រៀនថ្មីៗ ​ខណៈពេលដែលគម្រោងកំពុងមានការរីកចម្រើនឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់គោលដៅ។
• សម្របសម្រួល និងរៀបចំការជួបជុំស្តីពីការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និង​ការអប់រំពីកម្មវិធី ចម្រោះទឹកស្អាត​ និង​ការជួបជុំដើម្បីតាមដានវាយតម្លៃ។
• ធ្វើការជាមួយនឹងគណៈកម្មាធិការមូលដ្ឋានដើម្បីវាយតម្លៃពីតម្រូវការទឹកស្អាតនៅសហគមន៍គោលដៅ។

១.ការទទួលខុសត្រូវការងារ ៖

• ត្រូវរាយការណ៍ជូន មន្ត្រីរដ្ឋបាល និងប្រធានរដ្ឋបាល និងធនធានមនុស្ស។
• ជួយមើល និងណែនាំដល់អ្នកបើកបររថយន្តទាំងអស់អោយគោរពការណែនាំ និងច្បាប់ស្ដីពីការប្រើប្រាស់រថយន្ត។
• បើកបរ ដោយគោរពទៅតាមច្បាប់ បើកបរ របស់ក្រសួងសាធារណៈការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាដែលបានកំណត់។
• ត្រូវប្រាកដថា អ្នករួមដំណើរជាមួយ ត្រូវបានការពារ និងមានសុវត្តិភាពគ្រប់ពេលបើកបរ។
• ត្រូវប្រាកដថា រថយន្តគឺត្រូវបានសម្អាតគ្រប់ពេល និងថែទាំ ជួសជុលនៅពេលមានបញ្ហា និងធ្វើកំណត់ហេតុ នៃការប្រើប្រាស់ចម្ងាយ ឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។
