១. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងមុខតំណែង ៖

• ជួយសម្រួលការងាររបស់ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹក និងអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹក​អោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ តាមបទដ្ឋានដោយមានការចូលរួមពីរគ្រួសារដែលទទួលផល។
• ជួយក្នុងការបង្រៀនដល់គ្រួសារដែលទទួលផល និងអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត​ភូមិ អំពី​ការដំឡើងចម្រោះទឹក។
• ជួយសម្រួលការងាររបស់ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសដំឡើងចម្រោះទឹក និងអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល​ផ្នែកបច្ចេក​ទេសចម្រោះទឹក និងការបង្រៀន ដល់គ្រួសារដែលទទួលផល អោយយល់ពីគុណភាពរបស់ចម្រោះទឹក។
• ជួយសម្រួលការងាររបស់ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹក និងអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹកនិងពន្យល់ដល់គ្រួសារ ដែលទទួលផលអំពីដំណើរការនៃការថែរក្សាចម្រោះទឹកអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងបំផុសស្មារតីម្ចាស់ការ​។
• ជួយសម្រួលការងាររបស់ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹក និងអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសចម្រោះទឹកផ្នែកកិច្ចការរដ្ឋបាល រៀបចំកត់ត្រា​ ចំនួនចម្រោះទឹកដែលដំឡើងហើយ និងបញ្ចូលទៅក្នុង​ប្រព័ន្ធ Iform Builder ។​

I. Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• To assist Regional project manager in building of school principals and teachers, students and VDCs on the importance of clean water, and s BSF technology, usage and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to school principals and teachers to ensure that all schools receive a good qualities of construction and install such as School Bio Sand Filter, Hand Washing Stations and School Latrines.
• Be responsible for data entry as iForm Builder collection result, GPS coordinate, and other statistics as requirement.
• To facilitate school principals and teachers to promote the important of safe water, using latrines and hand washing with soap in collaboration with sWASH Program Coordinator, Health Staff and or Partner organizations.
• To monitor the effectiveness of implementation and finding the constraints to project achievement and take initiative related to plan of action of school health promotion.
• To conduct monitoring and evaluation studies on the use of the filters whether the beneficiaries use it properly. Also do an evaluation of the Church’s roles and tailored approach to this project.

• To strengthen the quality of the school health education by mobilization health & hygiene promotion training manual to reach all school students in the target schools.
• To ensure effective use of resources, deploying them to maximize the possibility of achieving results (outcome) of school hygiene and sanitation promotion in the target schools.
• To consult with the school partnering project coordinator and its team in selecting schools in the targeted areas, and ensure all schools fit with selection criteria.
• To work with school partnering project coordinator in providing training workshop on WASH to target schools.
• To work with school principals and teachers to ensure the quality constructions of School Water Filter, Hand Washing Stations and School Latrines.

• To work with Funds Raising Program Supervisor in planning and meeting with stakeholders/ partners in target areas included Commune, village, families and DDRD on key WASH messages.
• To monitor effectiveness of implementation and finding constraints to the project achievement (outcomes) and to take initiative related to plan of action to partnering with stakeholders.
• Working with Administration office to purchase materials and equipment for the need of the project.
• Attending workshops, meetings, field visits, and other events as needed.
• Submit monthly and quarterly report to Fund Raising Program Supervisor.

ការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការងារ៖

• រៀបចំរបាយការណ៏សាច់ប្រាក់ចំណូល​​ ចំណាយប្រចាំថ្ងៃចូលក្នុងសៀវភៅកត់ត្រាសាច់ប្រាក់ក្នុងដៃ សៀវភៅកត់ត្រាសាច់ប្រាក់ ក្នុងធនាគារ​ និងធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ផ្ញើមកមន្ត្រីហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរៀងរាល់ចុងសប្តាហ៍។
• រៀបចំឯកសារស្នើសុំថវិការបុរេប្បទាន ​សំរាប់ការចំណាយប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់បុគ្គលិកពាក់ព័ន្ធប្រចាំខេត្ត​ ផ្តល់ដល់​សហគមន៍ ​​និង អ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់សេវាកម្ម។
• ទទួលការទូទាត់ថវិកាបុរេប្បទានជាមួយបុគ្គលិកពាក់ព័ន្ធ​ និងការចំណាយផ្សេងៗ ដែលមាននៅក្នុងខេត្ត។
• រៀបចំសក្ខីបត្រ គណនេយ្យ និងឯកសារគាំទ្រ សំរាប់ចំណូល​ ចំណាយហើយកត់ត្រាចូលក្នុងទំរង់គណនេយ្យ ដោយប្រើកម្មវិធី (Microsoft Words and Excel) ។
• ទទួលខុសត្រូវលើកាថតចំលង ស្កេនឯកសារ និងរក្សារទុកឯកសារសំណៅដើមដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗសំរាប់ការ​ចំណាយប្រចាំថ្ងៃ​ទាំងអស់អោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ​ ​និងមានតម្លាភាព។

• រៀបចំគំរោងថវិកានៅសហគមន៍ជាមួយប្រធានគំរោងខេត្តនៅពេលមានតំរូវការពីបុគ្គលិកគម្រោងខេត្ត ហើយធ្វើការពិនិត្យ តាមដាន លើប្រាក់ចំណាយ និងចំណូលផ្សេងៗជាមួយអតិជនដែលទទួលធុងចម្រោះទឹកប្រសិនបើមានការចាំបាច់ណាមួយ។
• ចូលរួម ធ្វើលទ្ធកម្ម រួមទាំងកិច្ចសន្យាជាមួយអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់សំភារៈ និងសេវាកម្មដែលមាននៅក្នុងខេត្ត។

Clear Cambodia is a Christian local NGO that has been implementing the projects under the aim of water and sanitation. The current mission is to help rural Cambodian citizens sustainably improve their health through increased access to safe water, sanitation facilities, and to a healthy environment. All of the work is done in collaboration with community leaders and local authorities.

We are looking for 01 (One) qualified candidates to fill the position of Pipe Water Engineer based in Phnom Penh Office.

I.Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• To work with department, institutions that have experiences on pipe water, mechanize borehole and hand pump.
• Cooperate with other departments, institutions and NGOs that have experiences on pipe water system, mechanize borehole and hand pump in order to improve the existing systems.
• To provide daily manage and monitor to all project plans so that the requirement from donor is fulfilled.
• To provide technical training on hand pump facilities, pipe water and mechanize borehole to the water committees to ensure that they understand and use it properly with capacity of independently operate the water system.
• To work alongside with technical partners on area selection, technical on pipe water and mechanized borehole and hand pump projects.
• Working with teachers, authorities, church leaders, communities and water committee for monitoring pipe water, mechanize borehole and hand pump.
• Work with CLEAR leaders to develop new approaches/methodology for clean water.
• Other works as required by Line Manager.

II. Requirements:

• Bachelor/Engineering degree of Water and Environmental or related fields.
• Experience of community development and management.
• Experience of pipe water system, hand pump and mechanized borehole.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet.
• Effective communication and facilitation skill.
• Able to speak and write good English.
• Commitment to Clear Cambodia’s core values and mission.
• Good interpersonal skill, be patient and flexible.
